Bryan Pearson

As President and Chief Executive Officer of LoyaltyOne Co., Bryan leads a global set of enterprises organized by Alliance Data under the LoyaltyOne umbrella: The AIR MILES Reward Program in Canada, BrandLoyalty, Precima, and LoyaltyOne Global Solutions.

Joining the organization soon after its founding in 1992, Bryan moved through a series of progressively senior roles, becoming President of the AIR MILES business in 1999 and assuming his current position as President and CEO of LoyaltyOne, Co. in 2006.

A highly regarded expert on enterprise loyalty, retail marketing, coalition marketing and customer relationship management, Bryan has spoken at industry events around the globe, with his views on loyalty, data analytics and privacy widely quoted in national and international publications.

The author of the bestselling book The Loyalty Leap: Turning Customer Information into Customer Intimacy as well as The Loyalty Leap for B2B, Bryan regularly contributes to the Forbes retail column, among others.

Stelios Mantas

Pieter has 35 years of experience in the Retail focusing on both the front and back end of the business. The last seventeen years he has specialised in Loyalty programmes with MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet and WRewards being the main areas of involvement. He is able to integrate Loyalty and Retail to deliver optimum programmes that delivers value to both Customer and Business.

His education includes a degree in Social Sciences and a Diploma in Advance Executive Management.

He has lead the development of non-traditional Loyalty programmes in South Africa and Africa, including the biggest Community based Loyalty Programme MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet from the start.

His Team have had multiple winning entries in the International Loyalty Awards since its commencement.

Stuart is a career loyalty professional with 20 years loyalty programme design, delivery and management experience. This has included working client side with The AA, Hertz and British Airways on membership, loyalty and CRM before crossing to the other side at ICLP, the specialist loyalty agency, heading teams and global loyalty strategy with clients including Carlson Hotels, Intel, IHG, Harrods, Star Alliance and Virgin Atlantic.
In late 2015, aiming to disrupt traditional and accepted loyalty models, Stuart entered the blockchain space exploring its capabilities for digital currencies.  Since in 2016 joining Loyyal , the leading enterprise blockchain provider for the loyalty industry, Stuart has designed and delivered a blockchain loyalty POC with the Dubai Government in Dubai Points, supported Emirates Airlines POCs in blockchain and the Deloitte DCoins application as well as exploring other sectors including Automotive and Entertainment blockchain applications for loyalty, as increasingly the industry recognises and engages with the possibilities a new approach, supported by new technology, might bring.

Previously, Tim was a managing director at Sun Capital Partners and Chairman of Bonmarché Holdings plc from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that he was Deputy CEO at Tesco from January 2010 to December 2012. He held a number of other roles within the Tesco Group between 1982 and 2012 including CMO for Tesco and CEO of Fresh & Easy LLC. Tim spearheaded Tesco’s bid to crack America, and was responsible for the expansion and operations of 150 stores US wide.
