It combined a rare honesty from the presenters who were willing to share the challenges as well as the victories that they faced developing the loyalty marketing initiatives that won them awards. Many conference presentations tend to ‘airbrush out’ the issues that challenged them but the presenters at the 2015 event openly shared their difficulties as well as their successes. The speakers also included a wide range of different perspectives on the loyalty landscape. This combination encouraged the audience to engage fully in the broader context of consumer loyalty issues.
